Ground level: Ground Level Amenities include a 14X31 private pool with optional pool heat, a hot tub, a private sound front dock with water access, a charcoal grill, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a community boat ramp, and a driveway that accommodates up to 8 vehicles. As you enter the home from the lower level, you will find the expansive game room, theatre room, two bedrooms, a half bathroom, and two ensuite full bathrooms. Endless fun awaits in the game room with comfortable seating, a large TV, a DVD player, and a wet bar with a refrigerator, and microwave. You can also test your pool shooting skills in the billiard room which has a TV and access to the shared half bathroom. Off the game room is the laundry room, elevator access, bedroom #1, a Queen bedroom with an en suite full bathroom, and bedroom #2, a King bedroom with an ensuite semi-private full bathroom with a handicap-friendly shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and have access to the massive covered deck with the hot tub.
Mid Level: Take the stairs or elevator to the next level where you will find 4 bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms, and a theatre room. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are each furnished with a King bed and direct access to the covered sound view deck with seating. Bedroom # 5 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). Bedroom #6 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and has direct access to the sound-view covered deck. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs. After a day in the sun, enjoy the theater room with comfortable seating, a large TV, a home theater system, a Blu-Ray player, and a wet bar. Also on this level is a laundry room and an office nook.
Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable great room with vaulted ceilings, panoramic sound views from floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample seating for everyone. The chef's kitchen is equipped with double stainless steel appliances, a large island, all of the cookware you will need, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a high-top dining table that seats 8, and another dining table that seats 10. Directly off the living area, you will find Bedroom #7, a sizeable King suite with sound views and an attached spacious full bathroom boasting a whirlpool tub and large shower. From the living area, you will have access to the sound-facing decks. A half bathroom is also located near the staircase landing.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
