All rooms have TV's, plus fresh quilts and duvets for a cozy stay. New board games and puzzles to add to the fun! Relax with the new gas grill and sitting area.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views from expansive decks on every level with direct beach access just steps from the door of this beautifully updated 6-bedroom, 4-bath oceanfront. After a day in the sun, unwind in the private pool and hot tub, or gather in one of the many indoor and outdoor seating areas. And yes--your furry friend is welcome too!

Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a private pool, carport, and driveway that accommodate up to 6 vehicles, private beach access, and grill.

Mid Level: On the entrance level you will find 4 bedrooms, all with cable TVs, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with 2 pyramid bunks (Twin over Full). Across the hall is Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin beds. An expansive full bathroom off the hallway is easily accessible from both bedrooms. Bedroom #3 with King & Twin, Bedroom #4 with King bed these share a large full bathroom with access from the hallway. A washer and dryer can be found off the hallway. Access to the covered porch, hot tub, and covered ocean-facing deck is on this level.

Top Level: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a main living area, and two bedrooms. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom #6 is also on this level and is furnished with a King bed. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom located off the hallway. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a TV and DVD player and plenty of seating. The dining area boasts an expansive dining table that seats 12. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware, updated appliances, and two breakfast bars (each seating 4). From the living area is access to the spacious ocean-facing decks with plenty of seating for everyone.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
