As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the open living area with access to the south-facing deck. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, and all of the cookware you will need to prepare today’s catch. Access to the laundry is off the kitchen area. The dining and living areas are both furnished with comfortable furnishings for the entire family. Make your way up the spiral staircase to the loft area with both ocean and sound views! The loft area offers a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The living area is furnished with a Smart TV with access to streaming services.
Down the hallway and you will find all three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen bed and has an attached private bathroom with a glass shower. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a king bed. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a pyramid bunk with an additional twin trundle… perfect for the little ones in your group. Both bedrooms share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Each bedroom provides a Smart TV with access to streaming services.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
